At Clear Dental Care we strive to provide the highest quality of care to all our patients. To ensure that appointments are utilized efficiently and to minimize missed appointments, we have implemented an appointment deposit policy.

Deposit Requirement:
A refundable deposit of 50€ is required to secure your appointment at Clear Dental Care. This deposit will be refunded in full under the following circumstances:

  1. Attending the Appointment: If you attend your scheduled appointment, the deposit will be credited towards any services rendered during your visit or refunded in case you do not perform any chargeable procedures during your visit.
  2. Cancellation within 48 Hours: If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In this case, your deposit will be fully refunded or credited into your account for your future visits.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the following situations:

  1. No Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, the deposit will be lost.
  2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in losing the deposit.

Refund Process:
Patients requesting a refund will be required to provide any physical card at the reception desk to complete the refund process, we apologise for not being able to do this over the phone for security reasons.

How to Pay the Deposit:
You can pay the deposit securely over the phone or at the reception desk when scheduling your appointment.

Note: For appointments that require more than 1-hour session, the deposit will be a prepayment of 25% of the total procedure fee that the patient is booked for. The deposit is refundable in case of prior 48-hour cancelation.
